“The Indian Army will host the Conference of Heads of United Nations Troop Contributing Countries (UNTCC) in New Delhi from October 14-16, 2025”

This international conference will bring together senior military officials from 32 countries that contribute significantly to UN peacekeeping operations.
Delegations from countries contributing troops to UN peacekeeping operations around the world are expected to arrive in New Delhi on October 13, 2025.
UNTCC is an important forum that provides an opportunity to discuss operational challenges, emerging threats, mutual participation, inclusiveness in decision-making, and the role of technology and training in promoting peacekeeping.
India, as one of the largest contributors to UN peacekeeping operations, is hosting this high-level forum. Its objective is to discuss operational challenges and emerging threats, exchange best practices, and develop a common vision for future peacekeeping.
This conference is a powerful symbol of the Indian philosophy of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (the whole world is one family).
The event will feature keynote addresses by the Honourable Defence Minister Shri Rajnath Singh, the Honourable External Affairs Minister Shri S. Jaishankar, and the Under-Secretary-General for UN Peacekeeping Operations (USG, DPO), Mr. Jean-Pierre Lacroix.
Conference leaders and delegation heads will also present their views in the plenary session. Special defence exhibitions will also be held during the conference to promote mutual capacity building, bilateral dialogue, and cultural exchange.
The conference will see participation from Algeria, Armenia, Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brazil, Burundi, Cambodia, Egypt, Ethiopia, Fiji, France, Ghana, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Malaysia, Mongolia, Morocco, Nepal, Nigeria, Poland, Rwanda, Sri Lanka, Senegal, Tanzania, Thailand, Uganda, Uruguay, and Vietnam.
